Here's what I can bring to your band/project, on the stage and in the recording studio:
Real-time in-time triggering of loops/samples/sounds with hardware controllers - Push 2, Akai MPK, and midi foot pedal (hands & feet one man noise making machine) with Ableton Live and Reason, among other sound making/manipulating tools and top notch gear. I have a very large library of sounds, samples and loops, top of the line commercial and custom designed. I play keys, bass and guitar as well, in addition to sample/loop triggering, sound design and fx manipulation.
As far as more "traditional" sounds I can fly in and/or play synth bass, violins, cellos, any sort of string combination, tabla, sitar, piano parts, or drum loops in any style as well as any kind of ambient/experimental sound/noise you can possibly imagine.

I can sample one of your band members playing in a live performance situation and/or in the studio and totally deconstruct the sound and take it places you wouldn't have expected - all in the moment, all in real time. The sky's the limit.
I can and do work in a wide variety of styles, indie rock/pop, downtempo, dubstep, hip hop,
r & b, jazz, dub, space music, electro, experimental/ambient/avant-garde, ANY style of electronic dance music, singer songwriter, world music, folk, classical, funk, metal, gospel - ANYTHING - on a professional level.
